Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Matthew Leonard Zelgewicz (Augusta, Georgia), who passed away at the age of 33, on October 21, 2021. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard, Rose Zelgewicz, Clifford, Lois Harrison, James and Betty Stewart.

He is survived by: his parents, Jim Zelgewicz (Mickey) and Kim Wade (Norton); his sisters, Marisa Wade Hartley (Jason), Lauren Zelgewicz and Kate Zelgewicz; and his pet Ace. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins.
