She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bolan and Carolyn Bolan; and her brother Patrick Bolan. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Lee Carroll; her daughter Rachael Carroll Baker (Evan); her sister Bonnie Shannon Bolan; and her nephew Tony Bolan.
