She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Lacek Sr. and Mary Ann Lacek (Pruss). She is survived by: her husband Bradley L. Smith; her children, Ethan S. Smith and Adeline R. Smith; her siblings, Stanley L. Lacek Jr. (Tammi), Heather Polenik (Michael) and Mary Ellen Wall (Brad); and her pet Cooper. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends.
