He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Goodwin and Betty Goodwin. He is survived by: his daughters, Morgan Johnson (Will) and Meghan Goodwin; his grandchildren, Charley, Carter and Collin Johnson; his significant other Gina Ruark; his brother Mark Goodwin (Holly); and his nephews, Mason and Parker Goodwin.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors (214 Davis Rd, Augusta, GA 30907).
