It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Holmes (Augusta, Georgia), who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Alma Banks Holmes. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Holmes and Jason Holmes; his parents, Silas Holmes and Gloria Holmes; and his brother Toney Holmes (Tina Harvey).
