She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony T. Mulherin and Alice C. Mulherin; her husband William Chester Franklin, Sr.; and her brother William Henry Mulherin. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Derek Franklin, Sr. (Ru), William Chester Franklin, Jr. (Meloney) and Roy Patrick Franklin (Kristin); her grandchildren, Derek, Jr., Austin (Caitlyn), Nathan, Garrison, Ethan Franklin, Lauren Oetjen (Tyler), Kaitlyn Montano (Matt) and Christina Bower; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Riley, Isaiah, Alice, William, Lyanna, Freya, Carter, Lilly and Colton; and her siblings, Anthony T. Mulherin, Jr. (Ana) and Mae Mulherin Carpenter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
