Mildred Earlene Otting Obituary

Augusta, GA – Mildred Earlene Otting, 76, entered into rest on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Doctors Hospital.

Graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2700 Deans Bridge Rd. Augusta, GA 30906, Monday, December 29, 2025, at 2 o'clock with Reverend Tim Pendrey officiating.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 2 PM – 4 PM at Chance and Hydrick Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Otting, daughter of the late Zeno Morrow and the late Florence Ansley Morrow, was born in Augusta, GA. She retired from Carole Fabrics as a secretary. Mildred enjoyed bird watching and was an animal lover. She loved Jesus deeply, but above all else, she cherished her family, grandchildren, and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her step grandson, Thomas Lucree.

Mrs. Otting is survived by her children, Sandra Lucree (Larry), Karen Otting, James Otting; her grandchildren, Damien Lucree (Chloe), Christopher Lucree (Hope), Justin Lucree (Amy), Ryan Lucree (Peyton), Jacob Lucree, Kayla Otting, Corey Otting, Nathan Otting, Haylie Otting, Emily Otting, Hannah Otting, Hayden Otting, Logan Otting, Nyla Otting, Kylin Otting, Harper Grace Otting; nineteen great grandchildren.
