He is survived by: his spouse Shelly Smith Fletcher; his children, David Keith Fletcher, Deanne Wells (Brian), William Timothy Fletcher and Milton "Matt" Fletcher Jr.; his grandsons, Brian Keith Wells Jr. (Christina), Brandon Paul Wells (Rochelle), Bradley Scott Wells (Victoria) and Brett Michael Wells; and his great grandchild Elliott Dean Wells.
