She was predeceased by: her brother Bobby Neal. She is survived by: her husband William Oxner; her daughters, Kimberly Oxner McDowell (Charles George) and Michelle Chastain (Hubert); and her grandchildren, Cameron McDowell and Dallas Farr (Justin).
