She was predeceased by: her son Dr. Tom Smith; her parents, Benjamin D. Cook and Evelyn Mason Cook; her sister Laverne Cook; and her cousin Vivian Cook.
She is survived by: her son Robb Smith (Valerie); her daughter-in-law Virginia Smith; her grandchildren, Jacob Smith (Holly), Jeremy Smith, Matthew Smith, Elizabeth Smith and Alexis Jilinski; her great grandchild Viviana Smith; and her cousins, Terri Sanders and Ronnie Thompson.
