She was predeceased by: her husband Julian Edward Rickerson; her parents, Marion Tillman Duffie and Grace Eubanks Duffie; her great grandchild Devin Richard Grates; and her brother James Jackson Duffie.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Ann Barnes, Vicki Diane Wingo and Renee Rickerson of Grovetown, GA; her grandchildren, Richard Barnes (Laura), Vanessa Barnes, Natalie Angel, Marcie Mayne (Daniel), Dawn Robertson and James Grates; her great grandchildren, Landrum Barnes, Wesley Barnes, Kendall Crawley, Hudson Fernandez, Hayven Stringfellow, Colby Angel, Madelyn Wingo, Harper Mayne, Nicholas Dewitt and Austin Robertson; her great great grandchild Emory Lucas; and her siblings, Marion Tillman Duffie (Carla), David Duffie, Peggy Duffie Hunter and Pauline Duffie Campbell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
