He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacy Kelly and Barbara Kelly; his stepmother Gloria Kelly; and his brother Rusty Kelly. He is survived by: his spouse Donnie Kelly; his children, Dustin Kelly, Amber Kelly (Huy Tran) and Russell Kelly; his pet Miffy; and his siblings, Richard Kelly (Jackie), Robert Gordon (Dee), Kenny Gordon, Tony Gordon (Lynn) and Jean Giles.
