She is survived by: her children, Samuel D. Carraway Junior (Annette), Thomas E. "Tom" Carraway (Rose), Deborah Carraway Maddox (Terry) and Michael W. Carraway (Sandra); and her grandsons, Joshua, Matthew, Trevor Maddox, Jason, Sean Carraway, Michael Carraway II and Brandon Sanders. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
