He is survived by: his spouse Nancey Patricia Ragan; his children, Kim Marie Ragan and Gloria Jean Stuart (William Sidney Stuart, Jr.); his grandson William Phillip Stuart (Tess Newton Stuart); his great grandchild William Patrick Stuart; his siblings, Billie June Stephens, James Patrick Ragan, Donald Jerry Ragan and Brenda Hodges; and his sister-in-law Christine Shinault (Neal Shinault).
