He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Jean Belling. He is survived by: his children, John Kolbeck and Lisa Kolbeck Price (Duane); his siblings, Robert Kolbeck and Jane Mapes; and his brother-in-law Lyle Belling (Dione). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
