He was predeceased by: his wife Carrie Manders; his parents, William Manders and Esther Wood Manders; and his siblings, Myrtle, Johnny, Esther, Dot, Richard, George, William and Eddie.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Manders Jr. (Jackie), Robbin Grates and Randy Eugene Manders; his grandchildren, Troy Manders (Mandy), Travis Manders (Pamela), Stephanie Grates, James Grates Jr. (Rebecca), Ashley Grates, Carrie Manders, Jeremy Clements and Kaitlyn Clements; his great grandchildren, Kaylie, Kyle, Kaleb, Jordyn, Anna Grace, Reagan, Ryleigh, Grayson and Connor; and his sisters, Barbara Cioffi and Loretta Rau.
