He is survived by: his wife Allison Murphy; his children, Ivy Katherine Murphy, Connor Murphy, Joshua Murphy and Cameron Bernard; his mother Betty Murphy; his sister Randi Murphy; his parents-in-law, Tom and Joanne Leonard; his sister-in-law Stephanie Yarbrough; and his pet Molly Joanne. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
