He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Earlene Voss (Welty). He is survived by: his children, Robin Collins (Bill) of Augusta and Jeffrey Voss (Denise Cauley) of Missouri; his grandchildren, Megan Holly (Chris) of Augusta, Dakota Collins of Augusta, Lori Oqinn of Missouri and Ashley Russell of Missouri; and his great grandchild Eli Holly of Augusta.
