He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Norman Hawes and Ina Guillebeau Hawes; and his son Robert Jackson Walker Hawes (Robb). He is survived by: his wife Victoria Lee Burt Hawes (Vicky); his child Robyn Lee Hawes Ferrell (Lee); his son-in-law Timothy Jae Ferrell (Tim); and his grandchildren, Morgan Riley Ferrell and Gretchen Victoria Ferrell.
