He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex C. Harp and Rachel McNeil Harp. He is survived by: his wife Irell Smothers Harp; his children, Melinda Harp Wu (David), Keith Harp (Karan) and Alan Harp (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Megan Wu Wood (Ryan), Shawn Wu, Alec Harp (Mackenzie), Rachel Harp and Benjamin Harp; his great grandchild Addelyn Harp; and his siblings, Betty Harp Hammett (Leroy), Nancy Harp Jolley (Roger) and Kenneth Harp (Mona).
