She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Spurlin; and her son Dennis J. Spurlin. She is survived by: her children, Michael Spurlin (Cindy) of Maryland, Pam Stagich (Sean Finan) of Evans, Robert Spurlin (Laurel) of Grovetown and Heidi Thompson of Augusta. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
