She is survived by: her boyfriend George Evans; her son Dwayne Lewis; her siblings, James Smith and Willogene Neal; her stepdaughter Jacque Evans Hanna; her great grandchildren, Greyson Thomas, Kesley Thomas and Cameron Hanna; and her niece Karen Jeanine.
