As we bid Sally Jane farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sally Jane is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her boyfriend George Evans; her son Dwayne Lewis; her siblings, James Smith and Willogene Neal; her stepdaughter Jaque Evans Hanna; her great grandchildren, Greyson Thomas, Kesley Thomas and Cameron Hanna; and her niece Karen Jeanine.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (1765 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Augusta, GA 30901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home Chapel (1765 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Augusta, GA 30901).
