She is survived by: her husband Arnold Bradshaw; her brothers, William Lewis Jr., James Lewis and Jerry Lewis; her siblings-in-law, James Bradshaw (DeBorah), Carolyn Johnson (Ervin), Brenda Johnson and Darrell Bradshaw (Michele); her nephew Eric Johnson; and her godson Gregory Booker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
