She is survived by: her husband Carroll Harley III; her daughter Angela Dallas (James); her grandchildren, Tyson McGowan, Parker Dallas and Justin S. Cole; her siblings, Kenneth Cummings (Anita), Janice L. Cummings and Sharon C. Scott; her uncle James Cummings (Madine); her mother-in-law Edwina Harley; and her siblings-in-law, Toney Harley (Barbara), Judy Butler, Carolyn Brown, Sheila Coleman (Charles), Sheridan Cummings and Cheryl Cummings. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
