She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jimmy" Sanders; her mother Mamie K. Bowers; her stepfather Alfred Bowers; her father C. W. McDonald; her children, James Marty Sanders and Darla Sellers; and her brothers, Eugene "Bud" McDonald and Clinton "Junior" McDonald, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Sanders Roed (Jim) of Willow Springs, NC; her grandchildren, Jason Cunningham of Beech Island, SC, Jacob Roed (Allie) of Raleigh, NC, Monty Sanders, Marcus Sanders, Meghan Holmes (Joey), Casey Sellers and Chassadi Sellers of Beech Island, SC; her great grandchildren, Paisley Cunningham, Grayson Cunningham, Teagan Cunningham, Jackson Holmes, Jameson Roed, Caleb Sellers and Caselyn Sellers; and her aunt Louise Knowles (Brenda Benson).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (2648 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829).
