He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Cole; his children, Lisa Putnam, Linda O'Shaughnessy (Lorene), Lorna Putnam (Mary Jane) and Sidney "Chip" Putnam, Jr. (Evelyn); his grandchildren, Kathleen Kim, Morgan Reece, Brendan O'Shaughnessy and Ashlynn Putnam; his son Justin Dixson; his great grandchildren, Ariya Kim, Georgia Reece and Bayla Kim; his sister Cynthia Trudeau (Robert); his nieces, Holly Trudeau and Heidi Samec; his brother-in-law Arthur Cole; and his nephew Darrell Kelley (Debbie).
