She is survived by: her children, Willie Lee Wells (Betty), Raymond Wells Jr. (Myrtis), Leroy Wells (Gloria), Paul Wells Sr. (Dorene), Jimmie Wells (Cynthia), Betty Sapp (Shellie) and Levern Lewis (Willie Jr.); her sister Annie Pearl Johnson; and her son-in-law Thaddeus Glen Sands. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren; and other relatives.
