He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Harroun and Geraldine Harroun (Diehl); his sister Linda; and his former wife Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Klein; his siblings, Richard, Sandy and Susan; and his grandchildren, Erin, Kathryn, Karin, Leah, Isaac, Anna, Liam, Carter, Dani, Aubrie and Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to or the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation or the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
