He is survived by: his sister Erika Moore Huseman (Richmond); his child Russell O. Moore (L. Rayne); his niece Katie Moore Wiltsey (Brian); and his granddaughters, Adeline and Lily. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
