He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Courtright and Lillian Courtright; his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Gloria Jean, Dorothy Marie, Ruth Ann, Walter James and Raymond Allen.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Saunders (Dave) of North Carolina and Diane Sue Shaeffer of Lancaster, OH.; and his sons, Greg Courtright (Connie) of Appling, Tommy Courtright (Becky) of Hawaii, Jeff Courtright (Lita) of Lincolnton and Jason Courtright (Susan) of Lincolnton. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, who will remember their grandfather.
