He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Hubbard and Elvra Hubbard. He is survived by: his spouse Roma Lee Cantrell; his children, Kevin Hubbard (Marna), Monte Hubbard (Loida), Anisa Woods (Marc) and Tonia Vargo; his grandchildren, Thomas, Greer, Monte, Alexis, Kiana and Briar; and his siblings, Everett, Beatrice, Shirley and Darlene. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
