He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Young and Velma Young; and his brother Roger Young. He is survived by: his spouse Michel Young; his children, Elizabeth Young and Stephen Young (Cara) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Owen and Adeline; and his siblings, Donnie Young (Pam) of Vero Beach, FL and Linda Weatherford (Eddy) of Tupelo, MS.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Columbia County Foundation for Children, Columbia County Cares Food Pantry, Grove First Baptist Church, or your favorite charity.
