He is survived by: his wife Chesley; his daughters, McNair, Sarah, Irish and Duck; his parents, Patricia Bowles Bolick and Trexel Bolick III; his brother Patrick Bolick (Kate); his parents-in-law, Cindy Kuhlke and Billy Cannon (Thibault); and his brother-in-law Christopher Cannon (Rachael). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
