We are sad to announce that, on April 6, 2024, at the age of 21, Tristan Leland Clark in Augusta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gary J. Jensen and Glenda A. Horstmann; and his great-grandparents, Ralph, Alberta Clark, Leonard, Marion Thayer, Morres, Wilma Jensen, Henry and Anna Horstmann.
He is survived by: his parents, Randy L. Clark of Mauston and Sarah M Horstmann (Mark Cockroft) of LaValle; his stepbrother Noah Cockroft of Lyndon Station; his grandparents, Ralph Clark of Mauston, Jan (Ralph Wussow) of LaValle and Sue Everson of Avoca; his uncle Bill Jensen (Julie) of Spring Green; his aunt Jessica Hooker of Appleton; and his godparents, Andrew Shimniok, Jessica Hooker and Doug Kruse. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, several cousins and best friends.
