He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Vivian Cox Collins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Collins; his father Bennie Collins; his children, Curtis Collins (Victoria), Michelle Waters (Russell), Kyle Campbell (Jodi) and Austin Campbell (Shelby); and his grandchildren, Courtney Waters, Ansley Waters, Tucker Collins, Avonlea Collins, Elijah Campbell and Jackson Campbell.
