She is survived by: her children, Patricia, Shelia and Hilton Polen; her sisters, Gwendolyn Blair of Avery, GA, Cathlene Blair of Avery, GA, Janice Blair of Avery, GA, Minister Mary Ann Archie (Jimmy Lee) of Swainboro, GA and Prophetess Dianne Willis (Curtis) of Laurens County, GA; and her grandchild Rasheda Polen of Hilton Polen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
