He was predeceased by : his brother Eric P. Butler; his niece Catrice "Kitty" Ortiz-De Leon; his sister Esperanza "Wendy" V. De Leon; and his mother Wanda Felicia "Cookie" Butler. He is survived by : his brother-in-law Guillermo "Willie" M. De Leon; his niece Sylvia Davis; his great-nephew Xavier "Havi" Davis; and his niece Rebekah Cawley (Matthew Cawley).
