She is survived by: her sons, Charles Bussey (Roberta) and Terrence Johnson; her mother Lillie M. Polk; her siblings, George W. Polk Jr. (Kawanda), Charlie T. Polk (Michelle), Jeffery Polk, Mary Polk Brundidge (Arthur), Brenda Polk Jackson (Calvin) and James Hodges; and her grandchildren, Chaquria Willis, Ebony Sullivan, Terrence Johnson Jr., Courtney Johnson, Myracle Bussey and Terrence Bussey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
