He is survived by: his wife Beth; his grandchildren, Charles, Kristy Eubanks, Lilly, Kate, Daniel, Lauren Eubanks, Parker, Molly, Sarah, Jason Pociask, Emma, Maggie, Elizabeth, Charlotte, Patricia Eubanks, Della Jane, Michael, Brooks Eubanks and Davis; and his siblings, Susan (Sam Nicholson), Jane (Jim Gleichauf), Tony Eubanks, Preston Scoggins, Susanne (Bobby Rhoden) and John (Frankie Bodie). He is also survived by many extended family members, including numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
