He is survived by: his wife Gloria Barton Eubanks; his children, Baird Eubanks (Nancy), Mark Eubanks (Carol) and Sabrina Burke (Edward); his grandchildren, David Eubanks (Amy), Rebecca Collar (Keith Bellanger), Gus Eubanks, Matthew Eubanks (Shambi), Nathan Eubanks (Syreeta), Jonathan Eubanks (Bethany), Brittany Catrino (Joey), Sarah Woody (Joshua), Chase Eubanks, Lucius Burke, Stephen Burke (Hannah) and Colista Burke; and his nephew Shelton Eubanks, III. He is also survived by his 23 great-grandchildren.
