With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wayne Shelley of Augusta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 21, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Owen Shelley and Cleo Howard Shelley. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Ruth Shelley; his children, Kimberly Gaskins (Dean) of Aiken, SC and Michael Wayne Shelley (Janet) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Andrew, Cash, Grace, Laura and Samuel; and his great grandchild Luke.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
