We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Wendell David Putnam of Augusta, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Walthell Putnam and Arthur Wendell Putnam; and his brother Arthur Walthell Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Karole Dennis Putnam; his children, Will Putnam, Sarah Dorsey (Camron), Candace Memory (Brandy) and Tom Memory (Emily); and his siblings, Charles Putnam (Janice), Vivian Baltzegar and Ruth Cushman (Edward). He is also survived by Several grandchildren, a great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Augusta Rescue Mission, augustarescuemission.com, in David's name so that his helpful spirit and deep compassion may live on.
