She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael Pope; her daughter Meredith Bailey; her parents, Kathryn Whisenhunt and Harold Rhodes; her siblings, Vickie Champion (Steve), Pam Cowles (Bobby), Diane Rhoden, Fred Whisenhunt (Chris) and Jimmy Rhodes; her sister-in-law Susan Clayton (Bill); and her grandchildren, Daniel and Melaine.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Warren Baptist Church (3203 Washington Rd, Augusta, GA 30907). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Women's Center, Warren Baptist Church, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
