He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Dodgen and Carolyn Dodgen; his brother Jack; and his nephew Jason Melton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Chris Dodgen (Marissa) and Matt Dodgen (Jennifer); his sisters, Karen Melton (Chippy) and Susan Smith (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Dalton Dodgen, Brooks Dodgen and Addison Dodgen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors (214 Davis Rd, Augusta, GA 30907).
