He was predeceased by: his wife Louella Brantley-Gracy; his parents, William H. Gracy and Barbara Williams Gracy Dunn; his brother Bernard Gracy Sr.; and his daughter Janette Gracy.

He is survived by: his daughter Tara Gracy (Chelsea Holliman); his sisters, Charline Caldwell, Rita Kelly and Vanessa Herbert (James); and his grandchildren, Monique Gracy and Cederrick Hollimon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
