He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Herbert. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Elaine Holley; his children, Kenny Smith of North Augusta, SC, Terri Norris Augusta (Jerry), Tina Holley of Ridge Spring, SC, Bill Holley (November), Pamela Morey (Jerry) and Jeffery Holley (Shannon); his uncle Maxwell Williams of Greenwood, SC; his brother Paul Holley (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Amy Morey, Jeremy Morey, Adam Morey (Christina), Anthony Hall (Kasi), Elizabeth Mahuron (Matt), Jessica Malpass, Krista Jimenez Janna (Matt), Dustin Norris (Julie), Wayne Smith Jeffrey Mullis (Shannon), Tory Fields (Joseph), Matthew Malpass (Stephanie), Korey Holley (Taylor), Shade Fulmer, Jake Barnes (Logan), Alexander Morey (Miquela), Christian Holley and Kailee Holley. He is also survived by twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
