He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Eychaner; his daughters, Andria Duff (David), Alisa Van Dorn (Tom) and Allison Johnson (Casey); his grandchildren, Dallas Duff, Brooks Duff (Kirsten), Chase Duff, Kelsie Johnson and Forrest Johnson; his great grandchild Logan Duff; and his sisters, Sandra Funkhouser (Ronnie), Shirley Sapp, Joan Walton (Mike), Judy Fiedler (John) and Susie Koehler (John).
