He is survived by: his spouse Pat Moye; his children, William Scott Moye-Rowley (Mary), David Armstrong Moye (Christine) and Susan Moye Hardy (Kris); his grandchildren, Michael Charles Moye-Rowley, Kevin James Moye-Rowley (Danielle), Jane Lauren Moye-Rowley, Kris Thomas Hardy, Jr. (Kelsey), John William Hardy (Allie), ElizabethAnn Hardy, Charles James Moye, Lucy Marie Moye and Wesley Armstrong Moye; his great grandchildren, Thomas Allen Hardy and William Douglas Hardy; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda and Woody Hale.
