He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Maude Dixon Harloam and Robert Lewis Harloam; and his brothers, Lewis Harloam and Roy Harloam. He is survived by: his wife Annette Flakes Harloam; his children, Rita Burke, Wayne Redd (Fay), Donna Sherrill (Sam), Lisa Harloam (Jessie), Patricia Folger (Joey) and William Redd Jr.; and his siblings, Robert Lonnie Harloam, Beatrice Meadows and Helen Cabaniss. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
