He was predeceased by: his wife Bonita "Bonnie" Newsome Swint; his parents, William "Bill" H. Swint and Maggie Percival Swint; his son Brandon Swint; and his sister Janet McNeely.
He is survived by: his children, Beth McPherson (Chad) and Mark Dillman; his daughter-in-law Dana Swint; his grandchildren, Legion Swint, Halle McPherson, Connor McPherson, Dakota Hensley and Jayden Hartley; his great grandchildren, Denali and Matthew; and his siblings, Ken Swint, Annette Swint (Kelly) and Angie Swint Arrington (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chance & Hydrick Funeral Home (2502 Richmond Hill Rd, Augusta, GA 30906). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors (2502 Richmond Hill Rd, Augusta, GA 30906).
